Tom came home from 2 years in the army and had saved $2,000. His mother was ill so he took care of her while his father and brothers worked. The IRS jumped him for not filing even though he had 0 income. Took his $2,000 away for not paying on a 0 income. Since then he hasn't had a job or even a driver's license. In the early days of the internet he did have an underground pay to join board. He ran it using computers he built from scrap parts and used old TV's as screens. He also did some computer repair out of his home. What's really amazing is his total spending on food, clothes, smokes and entertainment is less than $1,000.
