RSI 48.5 on your weekly Justa. We are really borderline, we are so close to returning to a bear trend, but not quite, imo.
My SPX chart . i loved to see it close back, and inside my intermediate term bear channel it had left.:)

I noticed on that weekly chart the MACD is getting close to turning below zero. That's never a good thing.

DJ CORRECT: Goldman's Cohen Sees S&P Rising To 1150 In 2003

Goldman Sachs analyst Abby Joseph Cohen expects the Standard & Poor's

(A headline at 3:39 p.m. incorrectly said she expected the index to rise to
891, its current level.)

<<BTW, FWIW, this thread has too much noise.>>

BS is more like it. People post. Pointing to charts claiming this and that. Sounding like experts. Yet, not one will stand tall and say "my technical analysis has yielded me +XX%.

Seems to me that most posters should just follow Jeff or Zeev and stop their amateurish antics.

P.S. Sorry in advance for venting.

I've been in cash since early 2000--having followed Max's advice. My 3% annual return has probably beaten most of the so-called technical savvy players on this Board and the others.
