PartyTime, I am not a cool person so I am not sure what you mean when you talk about a Soprano-like family. Also, I believe Kenneth would be better qualified to answer your question. I believe that every official meeting should be recorded and the minutes should be available to the public so the comments from people who met with Cheney in order to draw up a Bush Energy policy should have been recorded and distributed to the public.
