no one expected it to happen .. she went down on the ground immediately and started rolling around like you are supposed to do.. one guy was on top of her with a towel, shirt , jacket but there was a lot flames... do not know if it helped...do not how pictures came about .. it was taken from a distance.

same shot of fire was on the evening news... It was security camera that took the picture.
