He stopped me 3 months ago (before this ticket) with my BMW, (at that time I was speeding ) and I did not even argue with the guy... just asked him how fast... This time... I was not speeding and I was behind traffic... there is NO way he could have "spot"me at any speed.... then, in his report to the court... he flat out lied... i.e. "I saw the car, and recognized the car as a ...... with license plate from so and so county... blah blah blah.... Then he shows a video, (no speed, but you can see how fast the dividing line is approaching his car...) I am using this to show how fast the bastard was going just to get me... whereas all it shows of my car, is I am going really slow and moving over to stop. --you can actually calculate it as I went back and drove at the speed limit and counted how many lines per minute you get.... then counted the lines per minute when the cop was driving... and so I got him going (if I remember well) at around 98 mph... that will sound good in the court room I hope. 1. There are experts who do not recognize the car I have, I doubt THIS cop would have ever recognized it. 2. I do not have a front license plate on, so how the hell did he know I had such and such license plate in a 1/2 a second view window .... I will take the angle of credibility and will say... This is his word against mine, and in this part, he is clearly... NOT telling the true, only imaging the facts as he wants to see them... I know I have a slim chance... but I will give it a try... It is pathetic we have the absolute BEST highways in the world, and the speed limits for morons... not to mention that the technology today, both in terms of speed and the ability to brake way surpasses what the cars can do today safely.... I would love to have the [lack] of speed limits as in Germany... (and at one time in Italy --I think they imposed one in the Autostrada now) oops..... I 've double up my AMGN ss... now it is working wheeuuuu
