well listening to the ciena call today, they still have over 2000 employees. So these gotta be more cuts there. They are east coast somewhere with a division out here (oni)

Wasn't unisphere in Germany or somewhere? I must be confused

(it may have the name Juniper, but it is Unisphere inside).
