Lizzie, The Redstone team is very good. It is also a product servicing the edge which still has big holes in it and prospects for sales in 2003. I am surprised that JNPR did not use its previously behemoth market cap to build a full family of products...

actually, the CFO and VP of Legal are the ones that appeared to not like the JNPR folks. Specifically the stratacom, cisco and 3com people (I am not kidding). They exerted a pretty fair amount of control over the company. The JNPR sales force was the first to get shot.
