It's absolutely true: The pre-Civil War slave holders treated American blacks FAR BETTER than today's American left does. Those slave holders would have been SHOCKED at how McAuliffe and his cynical racists treat blacks. The slave holders had LESS CONTEMPT for blacks...

Hehe. I think Cyberken is just using a little hyperbole to demonstrate just how racist liberals are. I think liberals are racist, but obviously not in the truly contemptible way of slaveowners. Liberal racism comes in the form of Affirmative Action, which essentially says the blacks are not strong enough to stand on their own feet to compete with whites. I think the playing field is not level and that whites generally have quite an advantage over blacks. But will it ever be level for anyone? Absolutely not. We are all born in different circumstances and with different abilities. But uneven despite the playing field, blacks are yet quite an amazing people. Of course even they aren't aware of it. These folks just be making up some amazin' junk outta dang nothin'. I have studied their history over the last four years to get a better understanding of who they are. I can never really know who they are (do even blacks know this?), but I have gained quite a healthy respect for these Americans. Were we to have experienced their history, including having to endure do-good liberal "help," we would suffer the same problems as they. I'm eager to see the day when no one coddles blacks and when no one hampers them either. I want to see Americans do for blacks what Frederick Douglass wished us to do - just "leave them alone." I am convinced when that day arrives, we are gonna see some amazing things from these fokes. Their history, contrary to how it appears, has actually primed and prepared them for some extraordinary progress once they are forced to get on with it.
