Obviously, since you could not resume normal life after being electrocuted, the analogy is bulls...t. Additionally, one has to take both points together: with a couple of exceptions, one knowingly runs the risk of pregnancy. Thus, whether you mind or not is irrelevant, the question is whether the state's expectation is reasonable......
