George Gilder, The Coming Capitalist Reversal spectator.org [ I used to enjoy reading Gilder's "Telecosm" stuff. But it wasn't clear if he knew what he was talking about there, and it's not clear if he knows what he's talking about here, either. Anyway, Gilder will have to take up the China issue with the mainstream conservatives who had China penciled in as new public enemy #1 before 9/11, and haven't quite given up on the obligatory demonization campaign in support of that line, as near as I can tell.
