Dear ET: Yes, I am sure there are cases you can site in the south, seems to me the Ghettos of the North have very similar problems too. Just not called race cause they are Causcasian. But, that is ALL THE PAST. Nothing like you say exists today anywhere except in extreme cases committed by CRIMINALS it is NOT THE NORM. jdn
