Well the thread majority has ruled. The majority have overwhelmingly chosen rule change #1:

#1.) The stock must trade above $1.00 when picked with no stop loss on the selection.

Would the entrants who currently have stocks picked that are trading under $1.00 please change them to stocks that are in line with the new rule.
