Hi Bookend...<g> It's realllllly hard to do 'not much' during this season...and not much fun either! So I'm sending a whole bunch of Get Better Soon Wishes! Can really appreciate what you are saying about takeout...I was so hungry for something else the other night, that I made my Oven Stew....(everything into the pot, meat not even browned...salt and lemon pepper, and a good tight lid on the cast iron pan....put in 250-350 degree oven for 6-8 hours or three hours, depending on the time you think you need it when you put it in. If you like a tomato like gravy, put in 1 can of tomato soup and some water...can or two, depending again on the time)....Great with french bread..!

Also, thanks for the links....The 2nd one was more depressing than the first...but since most of us want a quick fix, so we can be off and running again, it's realllly hard to just wait and see if it "maybe will heal itself".... The Doc didn't think it would...but we'll see.

PS...Soon as you can, pop a Vitamin E capsule open, and rub the liquid E on your cut as soon as it is healed....Do it every day for several months. You will see something amazing happen to the scar~~ it will nearly disappear eventually!
