Then again there was a bar that had dining in the back and served a great steak. Thinking back it was Jonesboro where all that took place. I also remember a guy selling pecans downtown. Trouble was they were in 50 pound bags. You ever go to the Von Dot at Ware? We used to eat there when hunting Oakwoods Bottoms. Now they close the roads in Oakwoods during the spring and fall for the snake migration. When I make biscuits and gravy I use Arrowroot and corn starch along with flower to thicken it. It's not near as heavy on the guts all day. I also toss in some Paprika and Cayene Pepper.
