Very good article you submitted.

I am much encouraged by Australia and New Zealand coming on board to use our SureBeam. They are normally very conservative societies when approached by new technologies applied to food and especially "irradiation" being reminded that N.Z. would not allow our warships to visit their ports because some our ships are nuclear powered.

They have along with raw meat products many exotic varieties of fruit grown wild especially in New Zealand where star fruits thrive.

The high enzyme content of some of these has strong implications for the health serving business and would be nurtured by our yuppie culture along with fine wines. Energetic importers here in Los Angeles in particular will welcome the new arrivals.

Removing the threat of insect infiltration along with bacteria counts is a plus plus.
