EU's Liikanen expects 3G increase from 2008 11:08 Monday December 16, 2002, Telecom.paper A real increase in 3G mobile phone sales is most likely to start from 2008, according to European Commissioner for Enterprise and Information Society Erkki Liikanen in an interview with Focus magazine. Liikanen believes in the promising market of mobile phones with in-built cameras.
