Bob, haven't heard of Kryo Tech. From news release my guess is this is not a cryogenic company, ie working in the temperature range below minus 320 F(80 degrees Kelvin). Sounds like a company providing refrigeration equipment that provides a low temperature environment for the testing of semiconductors. Most semiconductors have a rated operating temperature roughly in the range of from minus 80 F to plus 120 F. Military devices generally have a wider operating temperature range. If I'm right, there are a number of other companies that can provide similar refrigeration equipment both domestic and overseas. Regards...jtj
