So you are saying that the entire PA are war criminals, not only for their actions wrt suicide bombers,but for highjacking civilian planes, boats, etc. and killing civilians.

Or is only Sharon a war criminal even though he did not target civilians, but at worst may have looked the other way while civilians were being targeted by others?

Just trying to get the picture clear.

Is it a war crime to target hundreds of thousands of civilians at Hiroshima,Nagasaki and Tokyo and thereby spare
over 2 million dead if we invaded?I have a problem categorizing that as a war crime.
