my blood pressure problems. I drink about four 16 oz cups a day. Buy it at Costco, grind it there. Our new Costco here has an on-site roaster and I buy beans roasted that day! Combo of Hawaiian. About 7.50 for a two pounder. I store in a Freezer sack inside an airtight plastic container in the Fridge. Use a small Mr Coffee and make one 16 oz cup at a time. My sin is to use liquid "Irish Creme" coffemate with it. Fattening as hell. But, Ahh, so good! Interesting experiment today. I am going in to see my Doctor to change over to all "Diuretics" on my BP Meds. Figure I will have to do it by stages. But I am taking in a printout from "JAMA" online of the summary of the results of their study on this, plus a printout of the NYT article. I figure I will be waaaay ahead of the Doctor's curve on this knowledge. We will see how I come out with this.
