Of course I figured it out. It is you who seems to have developed a comprehension problem caused by an emotional response to someone pointing out the flaw in your position. Last time we had that happen between us, you sunk to joking about the special olympics, remember? Why don't we stop this now before something similar happens?

I had challenged Poet on whether the comments could be compared. I know that you are no fan of Clinton's and would not protect him if you felt the remarks were comparable. Your explanation of Clinton is a reasonable one. I think Lott showing remarkable ineptitude backed into his mess without thinking and really even more amazing, as he stood in front of a stunned audience he did not have the good sense to immediately start back peddling fast and furiously.
