Uh, I voted for electricity deregulation in 1997?.

You have to admit, deregulation is a good theory. Peace believed it would work as advertised. Perhaps he can redeem himself. B-)

Criminal or not, FERC and Bush's refusal to prosecute or correct the problem with Energy flies in the face of current efforts to accelerate economic growth by tax cuts.
