wife used to take K-dur to offset diuretics, now someother substitute but its is a potassium ..I also make sure she has some banana each morning. Been on this stuff over 10 years no kidney problems.. She may have a lot of other problems but no kidney problems.. other than spending half a day in the bathroom g
