roadblocks deliberately put in their path.....criminal penalties for those culpable, and disciplinary penalties...mealy excuses Are you looking for a "Conspiracy?" You aren't going to find one. I have read most of what is available on the Culpability of the CIA and the FBI, and what is there is bad organization, bureaucratic stupidity, and laziness. No Criminal behavior was responsible for keeping us from taking down Bin Ladin. There was a good bit of PC that helped stop the inquiries, but the reason for 911, IMO, is the same as for Dec 7. Arrogance and ineptitude.
