Jim, one insider keeps buying. Each purchase pushes the base price up a notch. The base is now @ 4. A major marketing agreement for their NDA candidate Tostrex will be announced in January. This news will propel the stock to the target price that you gave me earlier, of 6.64. When that happens, of course, I'll ask you for a new read as this stock should continue to climb.
