Practically speaking, our support of all of the mideast countries endangers us too. Remember, that was another reason that OBL gave for attacking us. (he wants us out of Saudi Arabia and objects to our western influence). I believe that the threat would be there whether or not we supported Israel. Maybe the problem isn't us and maybe it also isn't the Israelis. Maybe the problem is very simply "them". And further attempts to solve the problem by appeasing them on our policies toward Israel or by sending them more money are additional wasted efforts. I wasn't defining you in terms of anti-semitism. Though I think that this is the case with most of the mideast and much of Europe. However it certainly does seem that your solution falls along the lines of simply an israeli support problem. I disagree with this.
