fascinating that he felt compelled to write that I think that he feels he is an honorable man who is catching flak in the Media and being misrepresented. This all inclusive "NeoCon" epithet must get wearing after a while. I am sure he did it with Rummie's blessing, who is also tired of being the "Flack Catcher" while the wonderful Colin Powell gets all the good press. I think he is covering that they really do want to do a "Slum Clearance" project in the ME, and have so much on Saddam that they don't have to use that argument. Speaking of "Neocon," this present issue of FA is pretty Hawkish. Guess the staff wants to get on the winning side of this issue. :^)
