mike- my concern is economics. more than 50% of economic effects are the results political actions. when we have an administration that runs the country like a business and sees the world as either owners, customers, partners or competitors, the economy works much better than when we have an administration that runs the country like an army and perceives the world as made up of either rulers, subjects or enemies. i agree with your comment about both parties. unfortunately, the reality of the US political party system is that currently there are only two viable choices and the one that is currently out of office is the one that is more likely to listen to and act upon my particular concerns about the economy. if you don't want to talk about it, don't reply to the message. if you want to be a board monitor, go back a few posts to the beginning of the discussion and make your "no politics" request to the person who brought up the topic: Message 18363992 ...it wasn't me. fortunately for you, it looks like the information exchange on this item has petered out unless you want to continue it. -elpolvo
