I have to agree. MOAT has stayed profitable during a tough year for energy companies. If you annualize last quarter's earnings, applied a P/E of 10, the stock should be at .12. And they were pretty optimistic about Q4:

"We are benefiting from rising commodity prices from a low point in early in 2002, and we anticipate further price improvement as we enter the heating season," Heape said. "We are positioned to deliver peak quantities."

And that was back in November...before the recent surge in oil and gas prices. Looking at Level II, this stock could jump to the .20's real quick when the war with Iraq begins.
