I am SELLING RE, if the deal goes through (cross my fingers). I was planning on the joys of renting. Even during this huge housing bubble ramp, I would have been better off saving than paying mortgage, etc.

I don't see how housing can go up much more without EVEN more direct handouts, like interest only .01% loans nomoney down or maybe like the cars no payments till 20xx, you know. They wouldn't do that, would they? Well, maybe Hill would, maybe W would, maybe Al, he could be your Pal, I'm talking Al Green here you know, not Al Gone.
