If I could punch only one ticket now, it would be ANF. Everybody is looking at same store sales and Christmas and I think I'm seeing a company with 30%+ return on capital which has the opportunity to redeploy those profits in new stores at a similar 30-50% IRR for a while. Run by superb management. And Mr. Market is only asking 10 times earnings for those economics. You don't find these every day.

I gave my 17 year old cousin an Abercrombie sweater for Christmas and when she saw the logo on the box she gasped before she even opened it. The brand hasn't lost anything. I've got six 17-24 year old cousins with instructions to call me immediately the moment Abercrombie is not cool. Its been three years now, and no calls. And only one of those six is familiar with Hollister (Abercrombie's new store concept where they are deploying a lot of capital going forward). In 12 months every teenager and every investor will know what Hollister is.
