No idea. I don't like either one as investment because I don't know what their intellectual property is. Everything they do can be done with a PC. I think that if Bill Gates wanted to, he can offer that function as a free add-on to Windows. Of course you need a tuner card for approx $200 - and a large, fast hard disk from WDC, Maxtor or Seagate.

Nearly all the basic software building blocks for capturing video and streaming it out (with or without delay), or storing it with compression is available as a free download from Microsoft for XP.

I am not disparaging the packaging effort. I just don't know if it is worth a $Billion in market cap.
