I doubt if the same is true for student visa's. Anyone know what it takes to get a student VISA now and before 9/11? What kind of follow up existed for these kinds of VISA's? Has anything of substance changed to ensure that people who come with a Student Visa actually stay in school and then leave when their course work is completed?

The FBI + INS probes every aspect of your life, You had a hard time because they knew about you! :^) It is easy as pie in Southern California for the Mexicans. I don't know how many clerics are here are green cards vs Visas, but I don't think the vast majority of them are Citizens. And we know that any Cleric from Saudi Arabia is a Wahhabi. They don't have any other kind. Furthermore, we know that the House of Saud has been subsidizing the American Mosques to make sure they have Wahhabi Clerics.
