Excellent short-list of rules Jay. But there are many more.

I find my rule book is getting very unwieldy, but the more rules I learn, the better I do. By the time I'm 80 I should be ready to start life.

An operating manual delivered at birth would be a good idea [and mothers should get an operating manual before they even start the manufacturing process].
