There is probably a procedure under WA law. I am not familiar with it. Do you have a Legislative Services Office in your state capital. They may be able to point you in the right direction or know who might know....

We voted against Cynthia McKinney in the democratic primary. In Georgia, we are allowed to cross party lines to vote either parties in primaries.

Most of the Republicans I know voted for Cynthia's opponent in the primary, knowing we could never defeat her in the general election. The democrats had gerry mandered Georgia so badly, people had no idea where they were suppose to vote!

That was our solution for getting rid of a bad representative from Georgia. When is yours up for reelection?
