Again, you have dodged the question (the one thing you seem to get right time and time again). I personally believe we can still handle two major theater wars at once. Prior to the Gulf War, our military was able to handle two major theater wars at once as well as numerous minor skirmishes at the same time. "WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR MILITARY OVER THE LAST TEN YEARS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO MANAGE WARS IN THESE TWO THEATERS AT ONE TIME?" You haven't answer the question. Did Clinton gut our military in an effort to create a bogus good economy?
