so with a stock like CBD with 38M shares out and a share price of $3 that is a market cap of $114M? Hummmm....a triple from here?<g>

Those were bubble prices similar to the dot.com era, tied into a strong hysteria/greed cycle. Certainly a gold bubble could develop again, but personally those are not realistic targets to shoot for (at least for me).

However, the now emerged strong POG bull market tied to weak USD fundamentals is another story and to me a compelling one and could have excellent legs. This Marshall Auerback piece describes it's emergence, especially in the last seven paragraphs (should be tattoed to one's forehead IMHO).
