Pete, Re: ". . Abby Joseph Cohen will be guesting on CNBC's "Louis Rukeyser's Wall Street" Program. . "

I am not familiar with the word "guest" used as a verb. Maybe you meant "guessing"? <g>

Pete: Yes, I am aware of her appearance. It is something I am watching for sure. Last year she did a Face the Nation interview in the beginning of January, and it was all downhill from there. But it should be of no surprise to have Abby in print and on the tele at this time of year. January 1 is prime time for forecasters.

Friday's action was very bearish in my book and tells me that the highs are in and that we will get a lower high in the coming days at best regardless of the Abby appearance.

Yet stage is being set for an explosive rally this week which may not have too much in the way of duration but could be big on the price front.

Such a rally could begin as early as Monday morning but there is an equal chance that Monday will be a Nasdaq down day in my mind just to stop out all the 1347 watchers on the long side and suck the late shorts in for some squeeze material. But the more this thing trickles down from here, the more explosive the rally.
