I am glad you do, John. If you check the post, you will see that I said the Bush Administration had plenty on their plate for 911. The time line shows that the North Koreans had already started violating the agreement they made with Clinton before Bush took office. Bush continued the payoff to them that was set up by Carter and did nothing to aggravate them until the "Axis" speech, which proved to be right, didn't it?

By the time of the "Axis" speech they were well on there way to building more bombs. We caught them at it. We stopped the payoff because of that fact.

You seem to be implying that you favor us continuing to pay them off, in spite of their behavior. Is that what would you have us do?
