Ditch Back from Tahoe. Good to be home, other than now power, raining like heck and most of the road out!! (glad I got that 4x4 GMC last summer. Tahoe was beautiful, lots of snow and not too many people. The bride wants a place there now, so we pulled some adds in the RE throwaways...LOL 3mm for that LandVest place, try 9mm for a single family 5k sq. foot "retreat" overlooking the lake!!!! We did find one place that was in out price range "rustic"=small fixer upper 3miles from the lake with power at the property line for 300k. On the market front....I can't make a case for upside either, just too jittery with Iraq, Korea etc. so have to stay with what I do best...trade, trade, trade. Staying with CDIC, DFIB and SUNW since I get more bang for the buck there. Sergio.....waiting for your comments on FLOW to see if we are seeing the same thing. I'm going to hole that one for a while.
