Why do you think this- I think you do more TA than me, imo its a lot of voodoo.

To me, the mkts especially the naz just look like they are nervous in front of war. Not so much THE war, but oil prices and other uncertainties that come with it. I am not ruling out the possibility of a sharp downturn based on some geopolitical event in the next 2 mos. The problem is that is something no chart can predict and it is not certain. My strategy is that if that happens, I will buy on margin if I get a great deal.

I don't really buy this complacency argument, for the simple fact that individuals are completely out of the mkt. Mkt 1/3 of peak, that means 2/3 of the people are essentially bearish right? OK maybe not 2/3 because many are gone and will never come back. How about 1/3- hard to say.
