Yes of course, "love thy neighbour" and all that.

I just think the reason not to nuke a neighbor would be different than the ones you gave.

However, I think you have lost sight of how we started talking about this subject:

I said no country is dumb enough to nuke a neighbouring country, even if they are bloodthirsty enough. I did not say the risk of poisoning your own land and people is the only reason not to nuke a neighbour.

If you have followed this thread a little bit, you might know just how bitterly I am against using nuclear weapons.

Chernobyl does not apply to your argument.

We were talking about prevailing winds and nuclear fallouts. Just how does Chernobyl NOT apply in this context, pray tell?
