Uh, the decline started in March 2000. Do you know who was President then?

Do you know who Alan Greenspan is? Do you know the Federal Open Market Committee is? Do you know what interest rates are?

Do you the FOMC had been raising interest rates for some time before GWB took office? Do you know what that does to an economy?

Do you know what a "bubble" (in the stock market meaning) is? Do you know what happens when one bursts?

When you have something intelligent to contribute, feel free to come back.
