What if the Iraq War was really just about oil? If that were proven to you then would you still make fun of anti-war voices? id you see yesterday's Ap article about how the five major US oil companies are already making plans to divvy up Iraq's fields? Not for America but for themselves. And they will pay taxes on the tens of billions they will make from our 200 billion dollar war, and the many men in our armed forces who will probably die. Also every one of those oil companies made massive contributions to Bush-Cheney. isn't it true that where there is smoke there is fire? And I'm sorry but has Iraq threatened the US recently? Make no mistake, I hate Saddam Hussein types but dont we have bigger problems? Like North Korean the awakened tiger? And the worst economy of our lifetimes? Or since the last saudi oil embargo fighting over exactly the same thing?
