Mmm... the date was 1941 bud. Why should we pay bribe money to people who threaten us with violence?? We have the right to sell or give to who ever we want. If we do not wish to support how that money or material is used, that's our right. If somebody demands that we sell it to them and attacks us, what does that say about them??

To be honest, I don't really have that much problem with the 1994 accord which the NK broke. We negotiated in good faith in order to keep the peace. That said, I am not surprised that NK cheated, and since they did, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Freeze in the dark suckers.
