If Saddam went into exile tomorrow and Iraq adopted a democratic system, the US left would still not give bush credit. Mike Are you kidding? They would say, "See? we told you no war was necessary! We were right!" The really depressing thing about much of the far left's arguments is not that they are reflexively anti-Bush, which is not surprising, but that there are so simple-minded. They sound like the arguments of a teenager who has never thought about foreign policy before.
