And yes, consumers are holding tight. And who can blame them? And yes, it will continue as long as taxes on the "rich" are so high....WHO do you think provides the capital to start new business and to invest in business in general????? Where do you think jobs come from? The Government? Who funds the Government? Ahhhhh, yes....the taxpayers....

People who make above $300,000 per year I suppose would be called rich. Right now consumers are holding onto their tight money as unemployment remains a problem and few new jobs are available. expect this to continue.
