The worst case I have read of was 26 hour work days in an airline bankruptcy where the pension fund was raided by lawyers. This was reported in the Dallas newspapers some years ago. I have forgotten the airline in question. The government became involved because the pension fund was guarantied by the federal government. Of course, pension funds now are rapidly becoming a thing of the past. On a different note, my son registered with the Selective Service today, which is a very important thing for a young man to do. He is quite eager to register to vote also. My son is a remarkably honest and trustworthy young man. He completed his Eagle Scout requirements in December and will be certified this month. * * *
