If you think that the truth never catches up with a lie, and if you think that the truth is that Barrick is worth more than other gold companies, then you must think that Barrick will never be priced at what you think it ought to be priced at.

If you do not hope to make money on Barrick, because "the truth never catches up with a lie," then there must be some other reason for you to hold on to Barrick than the expectation of making money on it.

I am afraid that I do believe that the truth catches up with a lie, and as far as I know Barrick is quite truthful about its finances. I think they may have made some mistakes that they will have to work their way out of, and I think that they probably will do so. When it seems to me that they have made progress, I may put some of the money that I have in NEM, GG, Dundee Precious metals, TVX, Greystar Resources, and Wheaton into Barrick. I once owned Barrick, but decided at one point that I could do better elsewhere.
