Cuda,
sometimes it makes sense to keep a low profile, if you want to "peddle" your shares to "friendly" white knight type of shareholders at a discount.. but the shareholder plan put an end to any such manoevers, if they had ever existed..

Actually I would rather want IPSU to move to the NYSE directly. Lehman could do wonders here I guess..

BTW: MPOW.OB I get the feeling that something is brewing. Just don't know exactly what..

Cuda,
looks like we are consolidating above $5, but don't forget we will get our 10Q soon and the new book value figure I stipulated here will be in there. Still expect around $13-15 book value per share and some new bits of info actually shift the bias more to the upper bound, maybe even more..

Max add to book value would be : (($150m - Book value of assets sold - $10m (NOL Carryforwards)) * (1-TAXRATE) ) / # shares (=10m) in case no charges are offset this quarter

assuming: Book value of assets sold = $40m and Corp Tax rate of 40% (may be a wrong assumption here but I'm not sure)

-> ($150m - $50m) * 0,6 / 10m = $6 per share..
..

means Max. Book value around $16. So $13-15 is a reasonable estimate I guess..
