One commentator on North/South Korea.. suggested moving out a few thousand troops and watch south Korea attitude change quickly. It appears to me with the capability to strike any where in the world today with smart bombs etc the troops in Germany and North Korea are no longer required.. I would esp. like to see them come out of Germany. I do not know what it is contributing to German economy but think it may hurt them a little...Let Europe start paying for its defense and we can start putting some of the money back into our own economy and social programs.
